- 2 precooked slices of bacon (or turkey bacon)
- 1 egg scrambled (or 1/2 cup egg whites)
- 1/4 cup if cheddar cheese (or jack)
- 1 flour tortilla (or two small corn tortillas)
- fresh salsa/favorite hot sauce
- sour cream (optional)
- Throw precooked bacon in a pan over medium heat and allow to crisp up a little.
- add pre-scrambled egg or egg whites and stir until preferred texture.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover pan for about 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Microwave or toast tortilla.
- Place the heated tortilla on plate and spread cheesy egg mixture on top.
- Fold tortilla in half and add desired salsa/sauce/sour cream.
