Healthy alternative to deep fried, restaurant style tortilla chips! Serves 4.
- 1 dozen corn tortillas each cut into 4-6 triangles
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- chili powder dusting (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Arrange tortilla triangles on baking pan.
- brush lightly with oil.
- Dust lightly with chili powder and salt.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until golden in color and slightly crisp.
*Serve with salsa, guacamole, or bean dip!
