Healthy alternative to deep fried, restaurant style tortilla chips! Serves 4.

  • 1 dozen corn tortillas each cut into 4-6 triangles
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • chili powder dusting (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange tortilla triangles on baking pan.
  3. brush lightly with oil.
  4. Dust lightly with chili powder and salt.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden in color and slightly crisp.

*Serve with salsa, guacamole, or bean dip!
