Easy Peasy

…with a Lemon squeazy…Fresh and healthy tapas, snack, or side dish! Serves 4.

  • 2-3 cups freshly shelled peas
  • 3tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced in 4 wedges
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Arrange four plates in a row.
  2. Portion out approx. 1/2 cup of peas per plate.
  3. Top with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze lightly
  5. Sea Salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedge.
