easy tzatziki

It might be difficult to pronounce, but it’s sure easy to make! Serve with warm wheat pita for a healthy snack.

  • 1 smaller cucumber (peel, slice in half lengthwise, remove seeds by scraping with spoon, and dice)
  • 1 tbsp. dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 16oz. plain yogurt (no sugar)
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and top off with a sprinkle of dill.
  2. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with warm pita or vegetables.
