It might be difficult to pronounce, but it’s sure easy to make! Serve with warm wheat pita for a healthy snack.
- 1 smaller cucumber (peel, slice in half lengthwise, remove seeds by scraping with spoon, and dice)
- 1 tbsp. dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 16oz. plain yogurt (no sugar)
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and top off with a sprinkle of dill.
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with warm pita or vegetables.
