Feta Bread

If you’re a carb-o-holic and love feta cheese, this is the recipe for you! It can be made with just about any bread imaginable, but a flat bread or a pizza dough work well! Serves 4.

  • 1 medium-large flat bread or store bought pizza dough
  • 1 package of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 red or white onion sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt or garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. oregano or herb of your choice


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place bread on baking sheet.
  3. Mix oil and herbs in small mixing bowl.
  4. Brush both sides of bread with oil mixture.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides as well.
  6. Top with feta crumbles and onion.
  7. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes (depending on oven), but you will look for the crust to have a golden look to it.
