Greek Pasta Salad

So light and so fresh! Serves 8!

  • 1 package spiral pasta (or whatever non-noodle pasta that you have)
  • 3/4 cup feta crumbles
  • 1/2 cup greek dressing (see sauces for recipe or use store bought)
  • 3/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced

 

  1. Cook pasta and drain. Allow pasta to come to room temperature.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in large serving bowl.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
