Grilled Tilapia Verde

This fish will melt in your mouth!  Try it with the Lemon Parsley drizzle!  Recipe for 2!

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • see lemon garlic parsley sauce instructions!
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges for garnish

 

  1. Rinse and pat dry tilapia with paper towels.
  2. Heat oil on grill pan over med/high heat.
  3. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and pepper.
  4. Disperse oil evenly in pan to prevent fish from sticking.
  5. Add tilapia and cook 2-3 minutes per side (for a thinner fillet).
  6. Heat parsley sauce separately and drizzle over plated fish. Garnish with wedge of lemon.
