Guilt-free Guacamole

This Guac recipe is half the fat and 100% tasty! Serves four or more!

  • 3-4 ripe avocados
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped red onion (and or 1 cup salsa)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 guacamole seasoning packet (mild, medium or spicy)


  1. Prepare avocados by removing skin/seed
  2. Blend avocados and frozen peas with immersion blender until creamy.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients with avocado mixture and stir with spoon.
  4. Allow flavors to meld in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
  5. Garnish with leftover cilantro or  sliced limes!
