Garlic Lemon Parsley Sauce

This sauce works well with chicken, fish, shellfish, and even pasta salad! food processor recommended. Makes approximately 1 cup.

  • 1/3-1/4 cup packed fresh parsley
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (depending on your garlic strength)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

 

  1. Throw all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired smooth texture.  You may hand mince everything if you don’t have a food processor.
  2. Drizzle over fish at last stage of cooking or heat and drizzle on plate.

*For pasta salad, no heating required.
