Roasted Garlic Spread

Add this simple garlic spread to your dinner table for a special occasion treat. Serves 4.

  • 2-3 bulbs of garlic
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil (the good stuff)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced french bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the tops off of each bulb (approx. 1/4″-1/2″)
  3. Remove a few layers of the outer skin of the bulb.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet, cut side up.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle s+p on tops of each bulb.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes until tender enough to spread on bread.
