Add this simple garlic spread to your dinner table for a special occasion treat. Serves 4.
- 2-3 bulbs of garlic
- 3 tbsp. olive oil (the good stuff)
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- sliced french bread
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tops off of each bulb (approx. 1/4″-1/2″)
- Remove a few layers of the outer skin of the bulb.
- Arrange on baking sheet, cut side up.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle s+p on tops of each bulb.
- Bake for 50 minutes until tender enough to spread on bread.
