Vegetarian goodness! Reduced Balsamic Glaze makes everything taste better. Serves 4.
- 1 bundle of fresh asparagus, cleaned with bottoms snapped off
- 4 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a ziplock bag, add asparagus, olive oil, and tsp. salt = pepper mixture. Shake!
- Toss in medium sized non stick fry pan over med/high heat.
- Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add balsamic glaze at last minute just until it warms up.
