Simple baked/stuffed clams recipe! Serves 4-6.

  • 2 dozen clams
  • 8 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 lemon, sliced in wedges
  • a pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Pry open clam shells and separate into two pieces.
  2. Remove clams and chop into smaller pieces.
  3. Clean shells very well and let dry.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  5. Bake shells on baking tray for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, mix garlic, bread crumbs, olive oil and oregano.
  7. Add equal amounts of clam pieces to the bottom of the cleaned clam shells.
  8. Top with filling mixture (about 1 tbsp. or so)
  9. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
