Tuna Salad (Light)

Try this yummy and quite crunchy tuna recipe with your next sandwich, lettuce wrap, pita pocket or as a dip with chips! Makes 4 sandwiches, or dip for 6.

  • 4 small cans of solid white tuna in water
  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup italian dressing
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard


  1. Drain tuna of as much water as possible.
  2. Add all ingredients and stir well, breaking apart tuna.
  3. Store covered in fridge for an hour before serving.
