Try serving with sesame soy dipping sauce. Serves 4!
- 1 package of lean ground turkey
- 1 small can of water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 container butter lettuce (or use iceberg)
- Brown meat over med. high heat, stirring frequently.
- Add 1 tsp. salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, heat oil, garlic, onion and water chestnuts.
- Combine the two pans and stir.
- Mix in cilantro.
- Spoon the meat and veggie mixture into the lettuce cups.
