EASY Frittata! Serves 4.
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 slices of pecorino cheese
- 8 eggs
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a large fry pan.
- Place the cheese slices on the bottom of the pan and heat until they start to melt.
- Beat and season eggs.
- Add the eggs on top of cheese and allow eggs to set.
- Once eggs seem mostly cooked, carefully flip and finish cooking.
- Slice into quarters and serve!
