Lemon Garlic Butter Drizzle

Garlic and lemon drizzle recipe to jazz up a simple chicken or seafood or veggie dish.

  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp. of butter or margarine
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
  1. Melt butter in microwave safe dish for 20 seconds or until melted.
  2. Add lemon juice ans garlic and heat for additional 20 seconds.
  3. stir in zest and drizzle away!

*Works great over artichokes, steamed veggies,  shrimp scampi, lobster, chicken breast!
