Healthy Salad Dressing Recipe

This salad dressing is a winner! I get sick of store bought dressing after 2-3 uses, so I try to make my own as often as I can. This is a great recipe for 1-2 people.
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • juice from one lemon
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1tbsp. water
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for an hour before serving. The flavors really meld if you prepare this a little in advance. LOW CAL salad dressing, low fat, Natural sugar only from lemon.
