Idea for tonight’s pasta dish! Serves 6-8 People.
- 2 chopped red peppers
- 1 chopped yellow pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- 1.5 lbs. pasta of your choice! Try something new!
- Heat the peppers with olive oil and about 1/4 cup water over very low heat for about an hour or until the veggies have become more of a pulp mixture and water has been absorbed.
- Add the cream and stir while cooking an additional 5 minutes.
- Follow the cooking instructions for the pasta.
- Remember for an authentic italian pasta dish, under cook the pasta (al dente).
- Drain and mix pasta with sauce.
- Serve promptly.
