Veal Scallopine

Veal recipe made easy! Serves 4.

  • 8 veal scallops
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups bread crumbs of your choice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated parmasan to taste
  1. Combine the egg and the bread crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Pass the veal scallops through the crumb mixture.
  3. Fry them lightly in olive oil over medium heat. Each side for 2 minutes.
  4. Once both sides have been cooked appropriately,  add tomato sauce to bottom of pan and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
  5. Top with parm.
