Yummy! Simple! Mustard seeds shake things up a bit! Try ‘em! Serves 4!
- 1 lb. fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. black mustard seeds
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Place spinach in large serving bowl.
- Toss with liquid ingredients.
- Top with salt, pepper, mustard seeds and crushed garlic.
