Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad

Quick and simple summer salad recipe! Fresh ingredients required. Serves 4.

  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 10 slices of fresh mozzarella (desired thickness)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

 

  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes in a circle on a plate.
  2. Place a mozzarella slice on top of each tomato.
  3. Top each with a bit of chopped basil.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each.
  5. Final step, sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper if you wish!
