- 2 pounds sushi-grade ahi tuna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 diced avocado
- 1 cup light soy sauce
- the juice of one lemon
- 1 1/2 tbsp. minced, fresh, peeled ginger
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
In a large bowl, combine the ahi tuna, onions and avocado. In a second (smaller) bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Toss the sauce into the ahi bowl. Chill and serve.
