Dinner for four under 10 bucks! Not bad!
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 small bag of pre-shredded cabbage
- spicy aioli (approx. 1 portion)
- 1 bag of “Gordons” fish sticks (3 per taco)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- fresh lime (optional)
- Bake fish sticks according to instructions.
- Arrange all other ingredients on a platter.
- Mix up the spicy aioli and chill.
- Heat tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Top with aioli spread, fish sticks, onion, cabbage and cilantro.
