Fontina Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sautéed spinach and garlic clove combo
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup fontina cheese shavings
  • 1 French baguette
  • cracked black pepper

Directions:

  1. Sauté the spinach and garlic over olive oil until spinach has wilted nicely.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.
  3. Arrange thin slices of bread on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread approx. 1 tbsp. spinach on top of each slice.
  6. Top the spinach with the fontina shavings.
  7. Sprinkle a little fresh cracked pepper to finish them off.
