- 1 cup sautéed spinach and garlic clove combo
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup fontina cheese shavings
- 1 French baguette
- cracked black pepper
- Sauté the spinach and garlic over olive oil until spinach has wilted nicely.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Arrange thin slices of bread on baking sheet.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread approx. 1 tbsp. spinach on top of each slice.
- Top the spinach with the fontina shavings.
- Sprinkle a little fresh cracked pepper to finish them off.
