  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. sirloin, sliced into 1 inch cubes
  • parsley (fresh, approx. 1 cup chopped)
  • garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • 1 lemon (juice from)


  1. Allow meat to approach room temp. on the counter for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high.
  3. Add meat to skillet and let sit for 3 minutes or so.
  4. Flip the steak pieces, add salt and pepper.
  5. Add garlic.
  6. Add lemon with the garlic and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Toss with parsley before serving
