- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. sirloin, sliced into 1 inch cubes
- parsley (fresh, approx. 1 cup chopped)
- garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- 1 lemon (juice from)
- Allow meat to approach room temp. on the counter for approx. 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high.
- Add meat to skillet and let sit for 3 minutes or so.
- Flip the steak pieces, add salt and pepper.
- Add garlic.
- Add lemon with the garlic and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
- Toss with parsley before serving
