Sea Scallops for 2

Ready in under ten minutes!


  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small chopped red onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper


  1. Clean scallops.
  2. Sprinkle each scallop with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  4. Add scallops and begin to sear.
  5. Toss in the onion and garlic as you flip over scallops.
  6. They will need to cook 2 1/2 minutes each side.
  7. Add fresh parsley at the end.

Serve over a bed of wild rice or pasta!
