Ready in under ten minutes!
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small chopped red onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Clean scallops.
- Sprinkle each scallop with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add scallops and begin to sear.
- Toss in the onion and garlic as you flip over scallops.
- They will need to cook 2 1/2 minutes each side.
- Add fresh parsley at the end.
Serve over a bed of wild rice or pasta!
