Simple semi-homemade dessert recipe using ingredients from your freezer! Serves 4.
- 8 mini frozen waffles, toasted and brought to room temp.
- 1 pint ice cream of your choice (approx.)
- chocolate sauce optional
- Spread ice cream on each waffle (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Sandwich them together.
- Presto! As simple as that!
