Veggie Burger (Italian Style)

Serves 2.


  • 2 garden or veggie burgers of your choice
  • 2 soft bagels, cut in half to make a sandwich
  • 1/4 cup cheese of your choice, I use fresh mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce


  1. Heat garden burger according to package instructions.
  2. Top the burger with cheese and continue heating until melted.
  3. Heat sauce in microwave for 20 seconds.
  4. Toast bagel.
  5. Place burger on bagel, top with sauce and spinach.
  6. Cut in half again, and serve.
