Breakfast on the go, never easier! Try this protein packed breakfast! Serves 2 kids, or 1 adult.


  • 2 corn or small flour tortillas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 2 tbsp. cheese of your choice


  1. Scramble or fry both eggs (or just the whites for low cal option).
  2. Top with cheese and allow to melt.
  3. Place equal portions of egg and cheese combo over warmed tortillas. (Quick trick-heat tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds).
  4. Top with salsa and roll up!
*More options! Add bacon, sausage, veggies, or any other breakfast ingredient of your choice! Yummy!
