This quick tuna salad (finger food) recipe is perfect for an afternoon snack. Kid and Adult approved! Serves 6!
- 2 cans of tuna, drained (5 oz. each)
- 2 tbsp. mayo/miracle whip
- 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 dozen Triscuit Crackers
- Combine tuna and other ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
- Scoop 1 heaping teaspoon of tuna salad onto the cracker.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with lemon wedges!
