Spicy Baby Back Ribs

Serves 8!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tsp. tabasco
  • 4 lbs. baby back ribs

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except for the ribs) in a medium bowl.
  2. Arrange the ribs (cut into smaller sections) in a deep tray.
  3. Brush ribs with sauce mixture and chill in fridge for a few hours before grilling.
  4. Grill ribs over indirect heat, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Be sure to bast every 20 minutes or so.
