- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. tabasco
- 4 lbs. baby back ribs
- Combine all ingredients (except for the ribs) in a medium bowl.
- Arrange the ribs (cut into smaller sections) in a deep tray.
- Brush ribs with sauce mixture and chill in fridge for a few hours before grilling.
- Grill ribs over indirect heat, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
- Be sure to bast every 20 minutes or so.
