Oh my…this sauce is so delish! Must try.
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 8 oz. of half and half
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- Saute the garlic with butter over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Pour the tomato sauce in and mix well.
- Once the sauce is warmed, drizzle and stir in the half and half.
- Mix until sauce is a solid color.
- Simmer and add the flour while stirring well.
- Sauce will thicken.
- Pour over pasta of your choice!
