Bacon Wrapped Figs

Highly sought after bacon wrapped fig recipe! I first tried these in a restaurant/Burlesque house in Manhattan. Delicious appetizer for your next party! Easy as it gets!

Ingredients: 

  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 24 figs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
  1. Cut each slice of bacon in half.
  2. Wrap each fig with bacon.
  3. Saute over medium heat until bacon is crispy.
  4. Place on layer of paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  5. Serve minutes after cooking or flash bake before serving.
