- 2 tbsp. fresh, minced cilantro
- 1 small serrano chile seeded, and finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 tbsp. mayonaise
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
