Cilantro Chile Aioli

I’m always looking for quick recipes to help get rid of my leftover cilantro! Here’s a simple aioli sauce that you can whip up and set aside in the fridge for 3-4 days.


  • 2 tbsp. fresh, minced cilantro
  • 1 small serrano chile seeded, and finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp. mayonaise


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
