- 3-4 med-large potatoes
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Slice the potatoes in half, over and over again until you have reached the desired size.
- Toss all potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange on Baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip and bake for 10 more.
- The fries should be nice and crispy, but soft on the inside!
