A French recipe that transitions well! Hello! It has class-act St. Patrick’s Day party written all over it! Lovely cocktail, truly. 


  • 1 bottle of dry champagne, chilled
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. sugar  or two sweet n low packets
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice


  1. Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves.
  2. Strain mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Pour the champagne or sparkling wine through.
  4. Serve cold, promptly.
