Quick and simple dinner idea on the grill!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound(s) beef flank steak
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare grill for covered direct grilling on medium.
  2. Season flank steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Place steak on hot grill; cover.
  4. Cook 5 minutes and flip.
  5. Cook another 5 or until cooked to your preference.
  6. Transfer steak to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
