Quick and simple dinner idea on the grill!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound(s) beef flank steak
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Prepare grill for covered direct grilling on medium.
- Season flank steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Place steak on hot grill; cover.
- Cook 5 minutes and flip.
- Cook another 5 or until cooked to your preference.
- Transfer steak to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
