Here’s a fun and simple ice cream cake recipe that can be thrown together in minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 16 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 container frozen non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 jar chocolate fudge topping, room temperature
  • 1 shaved Heath bar

Directions:

  1. Place 8 of the ice cream sandwiches side by side in a 9×13 inch baking dish (It will be tight, but squeeze them in).
  2. Spread  a thin layer of the hot fudge topping, then half of the whipped topping.
  3. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches and toppings.
  4. Sprinkle with grated candy.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
