Lobstah Roll [hot lobster sandwich]

It’s almost impossible to go to a restaurant in New England and NOT see this on a menu. Makes two small lobster rolls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm, shredded lobster meat
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter (1 for each roll)
  • 2 fresh soft and crusty rolls of ¬†your choice (warmed)

Directions:

  1. Cut a slit in the warmed rolls.
  2. Insert lobster meat.
  3. Drizzle butter on top.
  4. Eat.
