Raspberry cocktail recipe full of flavor and absolutely gorgeous!
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups chilled sparkling water (Pellegrino/Perrier)
- 1 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup chopped mint sprigs
- 1 can of limeade (no water added)
- Blend/muddle all ingredients until mint, berries and limeade are broken down.
- Serve in a fun glass or wine glass, whatever!
- Add a freshly sliced lime wedge to each rim.
