mouth watering beef brisket recipe, perfect for sandwiches or a meaty side!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized brisket
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bottle of dark beer
  •  2 cups beef stock
  • 1 red onion, chopped
Directions:
  1. Salt, pepper and coriander the brisket and toss in a preheated pot with olive oil on the bottom.
  2. Brown the exterior on each side, rotating often.
  3. Transfer to a roasting pan filled with beer, onion, and beef stock.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
