- 1 medium sized brisket
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 bottle of dark beer
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Salt, pepper and coriander the brisket and toss in a preheated pot with olive oil on the bottom.
- Brown the exterior on each side, rotating often.
- Transfer to a roasting pan filled with beer, onion, and beef stock.
- Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
