Chicken Wing Dry Rub Technique
Recipe type: Sauce/Rub
Serves: 4
Chicken wing dry dust with peppers, garlic, paprika and sea salt.
Ingredients
- 12-20 chicken wings (party style)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 1-3 dashes of red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
- Deep fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the deep fryer
- rub each wing with butter/margarine
- Coat the wings with dry dust mixture.
- Toss in the deep fryer until cooked through and crispy!
