An assortment of spices brought together for the sake of deep fried chicken wings!

Chicken Wing Dry Rub Technique
Recipe type: Sauce/Rub
Serves: 4

Chicken wing dry dust with peppers, garlic, paprika and sea salt.
  • 12-20 chicken wings (party style)
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1-3 dashes of red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • Deep fryer

  1. Preheat the deep fryer
  2. rub each wing with butter/margarine
  3. Coat the wings with dry dust mixture.
  4. Toss in the deep fryer until cooked through and crispy!
