Hot Dogs wrapped in egg roll paper makes one fabulously fun appetizer.
- 1 package all beef hot dogs
- 1 package eggroll paper
- oil for frying, deep fryer works best
- Preheat the oil to medium high heat.
- Cut the hot dogs in ¼ or ½ pieces depending on how long your egg roll wrappers are.
- Wrap eggroll paper around dog by folding both ends pieces down and then rolling tightly.
- Drop in the oil and cook until crispy and golden in color.
