Red pepper hummus recipe, ready in under 10 minutes! Makes 2 cups!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper strip
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • pinch of salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until it reaches a creamy texture.
  3. Toast some pita and cut into strips for dipping.
