it is what it is…butter plus parsley equals yummy sauce for pasta!
- 3-4 tbsp. butter or butter alternative (I use the not butter brand)
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley
- 1 tsp. flour to thicken things up if you wish
- In a small sauce pan, melt butter on low.
- Add the flour for a thicker sauce option.
- Whisk until thickened.
- Add the parsley.
- Toss with 3-4 cups cooked pasta of your choice!
