Tahini [Paste!]



Here’s an exotic, but super simple recipe for the Middle Eastern staple, Tahini!

Tahini Paste!

Serves: 1 cup

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Grab a baking sheet with edges.
  3. Pour the sesame seeds on top and spread around evenly.
  4. Toast sesame seeds in the oven until they begin to sweat/glossy, but are not darkened in color.
  5. Remove from oven and insert in food processor.
  6. Add oil.
  7. Blend until the paste is smooth, even runny.
  8. Store in air tight container for future use!
