The Greek Lamb-burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. minced red onion
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. feta crumbles
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 4 red onion slices, garnish
- 4 slices tomato, garnish
- lettuce or spinach, garnish
- ¾ cup Tzatziki sauce
- 4 pita
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, feta, and minced onion.
- Now, using your hands, combine the eggy mixture with the ground lamb and bread crumbs.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan.
- Divide the lamb mixture into 4 burgers.
- Cook each burger to your desired temperature.
- Stuff in a toasted pita with lettuce, tzatziki, onion and tomato.
- Enjoy!
