Decadent Vanilla Bean French Toast topped with syrup and powdered sugar.


Vanilla Bean French Toast

Serves: 2-3

  • 6 slices of Hawaiian bread
  • paste of 1 vanilla bean
  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • veggie oil for frying
  • syrup and sugar to top

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, bean paste, and cinnamon.
  2. Preheat the pan with a couple tbsp. oil
  3. Drop both sides (but don’t soak) in egg/milk mixture and fry for approx. 2 minutes each side.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar and maple syrup on top.

Serve with ice cream for a fun dessert option!
