Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, with liquids
- ¾ cup water
- 1½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- ½ tsp. dried basil leaves
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a large skillet.
- Drain the fat/liquids.
- Toss in the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cover for approx.15-20 minutes.
