Ingredients
- 1 lb white meat chicken, cut into chunks
- 12 baby carrots, chopped
- ½ cup white onion, chopped
- ¾ cup uncooked barley
- 5 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except the carrots) to your slow cooker.
- Cover.
- Walk away for 7 hours.
- Add the carrots.
- Walk away for another hour.
- Serve hot!
